Senior SAP HCM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join a growing SAP consulting team and work on exciting HR transformation projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP HCM projects from requirements through to implementation.
- Advise clients on HR processes and design effective SAP solutions.
- Work across areas such as PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
- Support S/4HANA and modern SAP HCM transformations.
- Lead workshops, manage workstreams and support junior consultants.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, ideally across multiple modules.
- Experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent German and good English.
