In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests enjoying our vibrant programs, swim activities, and special events. This isn’t your typical custodial position — you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring the Aquatic Center looks its best every day. Your work will include keeping public areas clean, maintaining restrooms, caring for floors, cleaning windows and doors, and supporting event set-up and takedown to help each activity run smoothly.

If you have experience in custodial work and a passion for creating a positive environment, we want you on our team! Apply today and be part of an energetic group that supports our community while ensuring a top-notch experience at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way, WA!

About the Team:

Renowned for hosting the 2000 and 2012 Olympic Diving Trials, it is also the home of the PAC-12 Swimming and Diving Championships and will host the 2025 NCAA Swimming Championships.

The Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center (WKCAC) maintains one of the most active competition schedules in the country. These all-day competitions include high-profile televised national and international events that have a lasting impact on King County’s image in the region and country. In addition to the aquatic sporting events, WKCAC is open to the public for team training, lap swims, family swims, and swimming lessons but also provides other services such as a banquet hall for weddings, parties, and company events.
