Role Overview
We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability and effectiveness of our D365 F&O system in the supply chain domain. You will collaborate with clients, functional teams, technical teams and developers to provide expert support, drive solutions and improve process outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in inventory management, procurement and sourcing, sales and marketing, warehouse management and asset management functions within D365 F&O, helping clients streamline operations and achieve operational excellence.
Working hours: 1st Shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support and consulting for D365 F&O Supply Chain modules (Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management, Asset Management).
Provide priority support for high severity cases identifying options to get past the initial issue and deliver the necessary long-term solution. Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed for deliver root cause analysis for these cases.
Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Evaluate reported issues to identify where they stem from and work with the necessary team to resolve. This includes but is not limited to customer specific code, Crowe Metals Accelerator (CMA) and Microsoft functionalities.
Prepare/maintain support documentation, configuration guides and process documentation.
Support implementation of enhancements through the full software development life cycle, hotfixes and service updates.
Support period-end/year-end business activities.
Guide clients on best practices for configuration/processes and internal controls within D365 F&O.
Continuous self-learning of new features/functionality/technologies as well as guiding younger team members on their cases/career.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O
Strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management).
Microsoft certifications for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (preferred).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail and collaborative teamwork abilities.
Clear, confident English communication – comfortable engaging directly with U.S. counterparts during the alternate shift.
Ability to manage multiple client expectations and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting integrations between D365 SCM and 3PL, shipping carriers, or EDI platforms.
Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution best practices.
Experience with multi-entity or global deployments.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing business transformation and debottlenecking projects.
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Good functional knowledge of D365 F&O SCM Asset Management
