As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves driving performance improvements through strategic analysis and identifying financial or operational issues that may impact the organization. The position supports decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis focused on enhancing the profitability and overall financial well-being of the organization. Collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for analysis.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on financial processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis to support business objectives.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed financial modeling.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
