Lead Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading assigned indirect sourcing categories in her/his region, as well as program managing specific projects upon business needs. This includes managing indirect categories – spend, supply base, contract management – following the Source to Pay process, establishing and maintaining supply base, running RFx, negotiating contracts, placing and expediting POs for the daily sourcing work, but also supporting region specific projects. Lead Sourcing Specialist will work with the local/global stakeholder teams as well as his/her peers in the region.

What you’ll do

Lead Sourcing Specialist will have responsibility for:

·       Overseeing end-to-end Sourcing process: strategy, market analysis, negotiation process (RFXs), supplier selection and contract creation, also buy channel management

·       Manage RFQ, negotiations, selection and contracting for local/regional business needs

·       Work closely with the Global/Regional Category Management team, support strategy settings and discussion and implement outcomes

·       Ensure contract execution (prices, delivery and quality terms)

·       Responsible for delivering metrics for the business (all saving type, cash, supplier consolidation, PSL%)

·       Use actual reporting tools for savings, cash, PSL modification

·       Manage supplier contracts and any modifications within contracts

·       Ensure ordering strategy execution as decided with the functional leaders

·       Ensure adequate communication between functions and the supplier by implementing the right communication tools

·       Responsible for Suppliers performance, manage and report out QBR sessions

·       Participate in planning processes (SI, SII, Op Plan, Estimates)

·       Drive sourcing initiatives (fulfillment, cost productivity, lead times, capacity, digitization, quality)

·       Program managing global initiatives ensuring regional implementation

·       Drive manual PO reduction and implement e-tools

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

·       Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college

·       Significant experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or equivalent experience

·  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both Polish and English

·       Collaborative mindset in working across functional areas

·       Strong analytical skills (spend analytics, should-cost analysis, market benchmark)

·       Category management / sourcing experience in a multinational company

·       Proven track record in transactional purchasing

·       Demonstrated negotiations skills

·       Strong project management skills

·       Experience with RFQ implementation and execution

·       Working knowledge of SAP and E-sourcing systems
