Facility Manager - M/F/D

Ensure that Safety rules are fully applied in all aspects of the Facility maintenance.

Ensure necessary energy availability for production lines and the plant:

• New Expansion Timeline & Budget cost to be achieved.

• Take care of all energy network errorless operations. (Electricity, press-air, exhaust,

• nitrogen, etc. )

• Establish all necessary maintenance contracts with suppliers in case of energy

• networks.

• Find new methods/equipment to reduce energy consumption.

• Control the energy consumption versus budget.

• Make the energy allocation for production areas.

• Prepare the energy budget for next year/years.

• Participate in the yearly contract negotiation with all maintenance suppliers.

Ensure building & attached equipment maintenance & modification.

• Maintain Homogeneity of Valeo visual standard in & out of the building.

• Take care of faultless operation of cooling/heating/fresh air systems.

• Control water handling in all aspect ( drinking, waste, rain, fire )

• Maintain cooling/heating, fresh air and all water systems, establish necessary

• maintenance contract with supplier.

• Maintain all logistic related equipment. (Forklifts, small trains, wagons, etc...)

• Prepare the budget for next year/years. (Water, gas, all equipment, etc...)

• Participate in the yearly contract negotiation with all maintenance suppliers.

Take care all of aspects what needs to be reach to be an acceptable work environment for all

employee:

• Take care of cleaning, gardening, snow cleaning service.

• Maintain all equipment in cafeteria/tea kitchens.

• Maintain all furniture everywhere in the plant. (Offices, production, cafeteria )

• Take care all security related equipment (Gates, fence, camera system, etc. )

• Create all working methods and roles for his team.

• Take care of all necessary training for his team.

Support new sites quotes, specification and construction

• Participate to maintenance contracts re-negotiation for the utilities & big equipment

• with the purchasing department.

• Able to create a requirement file for a new quote.

• Supplier selection based on suppliers offer and data.

• Manage facility related project.
