Job Purpose职位目的:

 

China Engine Plants Business with fast business expansion and continuous product line transfer from Germany to China. Leveraging the inherent advantage of local based talent with deep insight to China’s business context and close to local on-site operation, this dedicated role within RRPS China Operations is established to handle routine cross-regional window. It will streamline S&OP planning, operational project support, and change interface workflows, ensuring efficient, consistent, and stable collaboration of Engine operation topics between China & Germany.

 

• Engine Plants Production Planning Coordination—Serve as the dedicated window of RRPS China Operations, coordinating between the Engine Plants supply chain planning team and the Global S&OP team. Assist in smooth S&OP cycle operation and support planning data collection, validation, and standardization.

 

• Operational Project Interface—Provide cross-party support, progress alignment and full coordination support for OE projects operational feasibility check (Domestic/Oversea), JADE series, and other operational projects of the Engine Plants (JV, License, etc.).

 

• Operational Change Follow-up—Support cross-regional information exchange, standard alignment and implementation tracking of engine production changes. Establish unified interface standards to lay a foundation for future system access arrangement and standardized data process management.

 

Key Accountabilities主要职责：

 

• Act as the fixed interface for daily business coordination and information synchronization between Engine Plants supply chain planning team and Global S&OP team.

• Support S&OP process implementation in China Engine Plants (JV, License, etc.), and undertake planning data collection, validation, standardization, and Global side connection.

 

• Coordinate operation feasibility check with Engine Plants for specific sales projects (including oversea & domestic).

 

• Provide operation cross-party connection, milestone alignment and coordination support for JADE series, product line transfer and operational projects.

 

• Manage cross-regional information delivery, progress synchronization, and full closed-loop follow-up for production changes.

 

• Optimize cross-regional interface processes and standards, improve collaboration efficiency, and support future systems access and standardized process management.

 

 

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related is preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience in engine/automotive manufacturing, familiar with S&OP process and cross-border team coordination.

 

• Proven project coordination and project management experience, capable of milestone tracking, cross-party communication and progress control.

 

• Good at data analysis and process optimization; proficient in office tools with basic SAP knowledge.

 

• Fluent in English.
