RECRUITER FOR MANUFACTURING

For 40 years, Dynomax, Inc., a family owned business, has designed, manufactured, and developed high-precision machined components, electrical components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles.   We are growing and need ambitious employees who want to make a difference and are willing to accept the challenges and grow with and within the company.

Dynomax, Inc is expanding! This is a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing in an agency or corporate environment. The Recruiter will source for a wide variety of exciting roles in Engineering, Quality, Machining, Molding, and many other areas.

Recruiter Responsibilities include:

• Source candidates utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and other proactive means
• Screen and assess candidates for all levels throughout the organization
• Represent Dynomax at career fairs, community events, technical schools
• Coordinate interview schedules and offers and maintain candidate documents
• Support hiring managers on job descriptions, labor market insights, and interview techniques
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with Dynomax policies and employment laws

What we are looking for in a Recruiter:

• Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, professional, and manufacturing roles
• Strong sourcing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions to meet staffing requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Applicant Tracking System experience
