Description
Fuss & O’Neill is seeking a Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and non-technical roles across our firm. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent who align with our mission, values, and project needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to deliver outstanding hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles
- Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer
- Maintain communication and coordination with both candidates and hiring team throughout selection process
- Extend offers and assist with negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent through consistent, engaging messaging across the company website, social media, and other key channels
- Coordinate and promote participation in external events, including career fairs and networking opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Requires 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, within the engineering, architecture, or construction industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
- Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage with passive and active job seekers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience and promoting an inclusive workplace
