Job Title: Senior Business System Operation Analyst

Job Description
Job Summary: You will work closely with all division business colleagues, supporting functions, internal IT team to manage and execute assigned projects and to manage assigned applications for driving revenue and productivity. The candidate will also ensure stability of assigned applications running and fulfill maintenance and change request from business side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B system as system administrator role by collaborating with multiple function teams to support sales order operation process
- Analyze business requirements as Business Analyst role through close collaboration with all business and IT stakeholders to deliver system enhancement results (B2B, SFDC and other related)
- Support data analytics and documentation work based on business requirements
- Support other commercial initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years working experience on commercial system support or IT business analysis in to-B MNCs, especially ability to work across business and IT teams
- Solid experience in B2B/SFDC System
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Positive working attitude, accountability and ownership, willingness to learn; Be flexible to work in fast-grown environment and under pressure
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
