Key Responsibilities
Provide Companionship: Sit with residents to provide emotional support, engagement, and safety oversight.
Offer Hospitality: Assist with non-medical tasks such as making beds, organizing rooms, and tidying up living spaces.
Answer Call Lights: Respond promptly to resident calls and communicate their specific needs to the nursing staff.
Assist with Meals: Deliver meal trays, set up dining areas, and pass out water and snacks to residents.
Support Transport: Help transport residents in wheelchairs to activities, therapy, or dining areas.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
A compassionate, patient, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Must pass standard background checks and medical screenings required for healthcare facilities.
No prior healthcare experience required—we will train the right candidate!
