Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across flight operations, maintenance coordination, and scheduling.
- Ensure safe, compliant Part 135 and Part 91 operations while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Improve aircraft utilization, routing, and maintenance efficiency.
- Track operational KPIs and support budget and cost management initiatives.
- Partner with sales, finance, and client experience teams to support company growth.
- Develop scalable systems and workflows for jet card, fractional ownership, and aircraft management programs.
- Mentor department leaders and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of aviation operations leadership experience.
- Strong Part 135 operational experience; Part 91 knowledge preferred.
- Experience managing multi-aircraft operations.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and operational management.
- Budget and P&L management experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Experience with jet card and aircraft management programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with ARGUS, Wyvern, and SMS programs preferred.
- Strong leadership and KPI-driven management skills.
