This individual will be instrumental in leading the creative department and partnering with the Head of Copy to deliver brilliant and effective work both creative ideas and hand's on execution for a range of clients, including those in beauty, FMCG, homewares, DIY, and government sectors. Spearheading creative ideas and execution with a large amount of creative autonomy. The role demands a passion for delivering stand-out campaigns across digital, social, marketing and advertising and a desire to make a significant difference within an independent agency setting.

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES

• 5-10 years experience as a rising star creative lead with solid experience to step-up OR an art director with solid experience looking for more autonomy on creative direction
• A desire to make the next step in your career, looking for a long-term journey within an independent agency.
• You must possess hands-on skills in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and be willing to use them at AD level. This is both a concept and hand's on role.
• Your portfolio must show creative ideas and design execution across both B2C & B2B campaign work and be a across a mix of marketing, social, digital and advertising campaigns
• Experience in pitching face to face with clients
• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.
• A growing understanding of AI.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
