Human Resources Specialist

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract as parental leave cover, expected to last approximately until end of 2027. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a dynamic multinational environment while contributing to a wide range of people-related initiatives and projects.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate local implementation of HR policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including external vendors and service providers.
• Develop employee and manager targeted communications related to HR programs, policies, and initiatives 
• Create and maintain content for the HR portal to ensure employees have access to up-to-date information.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and company culture initiatives.
• Utilize HR systems and data to generate reports, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes and employee experience.

 

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Specialist, Employee Experience, or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labor legislation and core HR processes.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

 

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or People related area (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology).
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing employee programs, wellbeing, DE&I, or engagement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and service providers.
• Czech language.
