Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems, and L11 rack-level solutions.
- Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigation planning.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status, drive issue resolution, and align project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
- Server background is a plus
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
