Job Description
As an intern with the Asset Management team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing retail and commercial real estate assets across Singapore. This internship will provide valuable exposure to key aspects of asset management, including financial analysis, market research, and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support Asset Management functional teams such as Operations, Digitalisation and Sustainability etc. in the collation of data and analysis to support decision making
- Conduct research on local real estate market, trends and competitor analysis
- Assist in data collection and analysis of data, prepare reports for internal stakeholders, and summarise research findings and recommendations for asset plan presentation
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including coordinating site visits and facilitating meetings i.e. agenda preparation
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and Independent
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
