Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and technically curious Systems Analyst to provide support across business systems, data, applications, and technology processes. The Systems Analyst will support business applications, reporting, system integrations, process improvements, and general technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, SQL proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support business applications, including system maintenance, user assistance, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.

• Use SQL and other reporting tools to retrieve data, develop custom reports, analyze information, and improve business visibility.

• Identify opportunities to improve or automate business processes through technology-driven solutions.

• Coordinate with external technology vendors to troubleshoot issues and facilitate system support.

• Provide general support for cloud-based applications and internal business systems.

• Assist with the maintenance and support of phone and VoIP systems.

• Support system integrations and data feeds using XML, SQL, and related technologies.

• Assist with technology-related aspects of SOC 1 compliance processes.

• Perform programming, scripting, and other technical tasks as needed.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

• Continuously develop knowledge of business applications, systems, and technology processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to learn, administer, and support business applications.

• Familiarity with cloud-based software and applications.

• Exposure to XML, system integrations, or data feeds is preferred.

• Programming or scripting experience is beneficial.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
