About The Job
- Design and develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts such as modules, job aids, worksheets and menu tools and knowledge checks
- Manage the ordering, inventory, production and coordination of learning related materials, tools and programs
- Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, course registration, governance and reporting and maintain content inventory
- Collect feedback reports and training completion records, gather insights to inform L&D programs and manage an archival process for future reference
- Organize and coordinate training venues, lunches, and travel arrangements as required
- Support with the facilitation of learning events such as workshops, training and meetings, as required
- Maintain and communicate the quarterly training calendar to all relevant stakeholders
- Participate in HR projects, if and when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders
About You
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- 1-2 years of work experience in a learning, training, or organizational development related role
- Excellent IT literacy skills working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience leveraging a Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Axonify, to manage, deliver, track, govern and optimize learning programs
- Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Resourceful self-starter, with excellent judgment
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Innovative approach to service delivery
- Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic with ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
