About the Opportunity
Join our Infrastructure, Planning & Delivery group at a critical time as we deliver major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across our growing network.
As Senior Commissioning Manager, you'll be responsible for commissioning activities for complex assets from design through to operational readiness and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and ready to perform from day one. Working closely with project teams, operational stakeholders and delivery partners, you'll provide specialist commissioning expertise from design through to operational handover, helping ensure assets are safe, reliable and ready to perform from day one.

What You’ll Deliver
- Manage commissioning planning and delivery activities for complex infrastructure projects, supporting safe and successful asset handover.
- Provide commissioning expertise throughout design, construction, testing and operational readiness phases.
- Partner with project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to coordinate commissioning outcomes and address delivery risks.
- Support the implementation of consistent commissioning processes, standards and practices across projects.
- Contribute technical expertise, mentoring and practical guidance to project teams while promoting best-practice commissioning and risk management.
About You
- Significant experience commissioning complex electrical, control systems and instrumentation assets.
- Proven delivery of FAT, SAT, integrated testing and operational handover activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across project, contractor and operational environments.
- Experience within water, wastewater, utilities, industrial or major infrastructure environments.
- Sound understanding of engineering, construction and project delivery practices.
