KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A key executive member of Chloe Korea team is responsible to
- elevate the Chloe brand desirability
- elevate the experience of our customers and the way our products are presented
- build a client obsessed culture, shifting from transaction to connections
- lead to inspire sustainability
Key responsibility 1 – Media
- Develop annual & monthly media advertising strategy(print, DOOH/OOH, online & digital), working with media agency, aligned with HQ guideline
- Co-ordinate all necessary elements for the advertisement communication with HQ and Media agency
- Prepare all media results reports, BBB and report SOV, working with Media agency
Key responsibility 2 – PR
- Prepare and execute PR plans and activities in tune with our brand image to maximize the potential publicity, being in line with our PR communication strategy
- Manage ambassador and celebrities/ Influencers PR plan and execution working with media and the agency
- Regularly develop and build relationships with the target media to raise up brand awareness
- Develop the press release of products and activities to ensure publicity generated
- Develop monthly clipping & project clipping/result report for HQ submission
Key responsibility 3 – Event
- Prepare and execute corporate, client and press event plans and activities in tune with our brand image to maximize the potential publicity, to support sales boost-up and increase brand desirability.
Key responsibility 4 – Sample Management
- Gifting arrangement for celebrities and influencers
- Manage all sample system and stocks co-working with PR agency
Key responsibility 5 – PR/Communication Admin
- Handle all of PR administrative process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (in Marketing and Business are preferable)
- Over min. 8 – 10 years of experience in Marketing & Communications with experience in luxury industry
- Skillful in presentation, negotiation
SKILLS:
- MS Office skills are required
