Salary range (but not limited to):
47,100 - 57,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We’re looking for an Publisher to join our growing team! This full time hybrid role would require you to be in office two days per week.
What you’ll do here:
Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
Respond to a variety of requests.
Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
What you bring to the table:
Experience maintaining and updating digital databases, with strong attention to data accuracy, and comfort collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
Genuine enthusiasm for technology, with interest in AI tools and emerging tech integration into daily workflows
Some exposure to project management (tracking timelines and deliverables) and basic business analysis (identifying process gaps, challenging the status quo)
Confidence engaging with and presenting to stakeholders with professionalism and tact
Legendary customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized and able to manage a varied workflow efficiently and independently, without continuous supervision
Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and processes
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Bilingual in French and English an asset
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
