We have an exciting internship opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who wants to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition at Kraft Heinz!

Gain end-to-end experience in Talent Acquisition while helping Kraft Heinz attract and hire Young Talent and junior professionals. The role combines recruitment ownership, stakeholder management, employer branding and events.

The position

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment from candidate sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding preparation. You will work closely with hiring managers across functions and contribute to internal HR events and external campus activities. 

As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international business. You are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and bring a fresh perspective. You will receive support from colleagues while being expected to take ownership of agreed projects and deliverables.

What you will do:

• Coordinate recruitment process for Young Talent and junior positions
• Source and approach candidates through different channels
• Conduct initial screening conversations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Support offer preparation, onboarding and first-day planning
• Support internal HR events and engagement activities
• Help organize and host student and campus recruitment events

  

Job requirements:

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment (preferably in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• Enrolment at a university for the internship period (50% if EU/EEA student, full duration if non-EU student)

 NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

Recruitment process:

• CV review based on eligibility requirements.
• Online Pymetrics game assessment
• Online Pymetrics video interview 
• Online Screening Interview via Microsoft Teams
• Hiring manager interview

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total 

What we offer

• Start date: Mid-February 2027
• Duration: 6 months

• Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 
• Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (occasional home working in alignment with the team)
