Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SRE Observability.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and integrating applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple application components.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
