A leading provider of rolling stock, infrastructure and advanced technologies for global rail customers. The company delivers locomotives and engines, trackwork, signaling, fasteners, and comprehensive locomotive and freight car services, along with aftermarket parts and recycling. Its technology portfolio includes data analytics, automation, connected assets, predictive maintenance and yard optimization tools.

About the Fole

The HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across payroll administration, employee benefits, training and development, HR operations, employee records management, reporting, and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and partnering with leaders and employees to support business outcomes.

About You

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.

· Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR practices.

· Experience supporting leaders

· Employee relations and performance management experience.

· Recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

· Experience in manufacturing, engineering, mining, rail, or industrial environments.

· Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.

· Compensation and benefits administration experience.

· Experience using HRIS systems.

Responsibilities of the Position

· Support monthly payroll processing and payroll-related administration.

· Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees.

· Manage training records and compliance documentation.

· Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, contract changes, and offboarding.

· Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

· Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and analytics.

· Provide advice and support on HR operational matters.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian employment legislation.
