• Identify and prioritise opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable improvements in performance, efficiency and customer experience.
• Prototype and deploy solutions quickly using tools such as Evo Builder, Coworker Creator and workflow automation platforms, improving them through feedback.
• Work closely with stakeholders across sales, technology and wider teams to keep initiatives aligned, visible and delivering value.
• Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms or data-driven solutions in a practical setting.
• Confidence working with both technical specialists and senior stakeholders to move ideas into delivery.
• Experience leading or contributing to transformation, change or continuous improvement initiatives.
