Likewize is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, Texas.

As our Production Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, coordinating workflow, and driving productivity alongside Operations Supervisors. This is a role where your skills in organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail will make a difference in our everyday operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, takes initiative, and is passionate about creating efficient processes while maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.

Your Key Areas of Focus

• Coordinate daily production activities, balancing workloads, tracking productivity, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Optimize team resources to meet operational goals and shifting priorities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, equipment, quality, security, and housekeeping standards.

• Train, cross-train, and support team members to drive performance and operational excellence.

• Communicate customer priorities and monitor team metrics to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met.

• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide updates to support planning and decision-making.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in a production, distribution, or operations environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting tools.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data-driven decision-making.

• Knowledge of inventory management, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.

• A collaborative, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The Physical Side of the Job

• You’ll remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per day.

• You’ll need to be prepared to occasionally lift, move, and handle items weighing up to 30 pounds.

• You’ll need close vision and the ability to adjust focus when performing quality-related tasks.

• You can thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment with exposure to forklift traffic and active warehouse equipment.

• You’re committed to workplace safety and will wear Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the workday.

Your Work Arrangement

This role is part of our first-shift team, working Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Where We Work

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team — including a climate-controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines for convenient dining options, and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
