In digital marketing at PwC, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimising website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Description & Summary

The Business Development, Marketing & Communications (BDM&C) team supports PwC Vietnam’s market presence, client engagement and business growth. We are looking for a curious and proactive intern to support marketing and communications, events, market research and selected business development activities. The role offers hands-on learning in a collaborative environment and opportunities to explore how AI and new technologies can support content, research and smarter ways of working.

The internship will provide the successful candidate with practical experience working for a major professional services brand, access to PwC’s network and resources, on-the-job learning opportunities and exposure to a dynamic corporate environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Communications

• Event support: Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including communications, logistics, execution and post-event reporting.
• Digital marketing: Support management across PwC's website, social media, email marketing and other communications channels.
• Creative services: Assist with the design, formatting and production of marketing materials and collaterals.
• Others: Support translation, branded merchandise management, admin tasks, and other communications activities as required.

2. Business Development & Innovation

• Support market, industry and competitor research to help identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Assist with maintaining and analysing marketing and business development data to support reporting.
• Support selected business development initiatives, campaigns and client engagement activities.
• Explore how AI and digital tools can be applied to research, content development, productivity and knowledge sharing, while ensuring appropriate review and quality control.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft M365 Suite (particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express or similar applications.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, and an interest in applying them responsibly to research, content development and productivity tasks.
