Collections Officer

The collections officer will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible. You may also be required to institute legal action when payments are not made. Vital Recovery Services provides you with the training & coaching that you need to be successful. We supply you with the proper tools, and technology, then follow up with evaluations and ongoing training. We collect on a variety of accounts giving you the opportunity to maximize your skill set. Essential ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound and receiving inbound calls to collect on past due accounts depending on assigned client and / or portfolio.Documentation and maintenance of accounts.Maintain proper knowledge and application of state, federal and company compliance standards.Guide & Educate customers on how to resolve delinquent accounts offering them a solutionMeet or Exceed Key Performance Indicator requirements (IE.
