Collections Officer

About the role

The Collections Officer at Splend plays a critical role in ensuring we maintain a healthy cash flow by contacting customers to recover overdue payments. We use communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

This role is one of our busiest and no two days will be the same, when dealing with our wide range of customers. If you love the fast paced nature of collections and working with customers to resolve outstanding payments we would love to hear from you!
