What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Hermle, DMG Mori, Okuma, Sodick)
- Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance specifications
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to optimize performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving

What You Bring
- CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use inspection tools
