Account Manager _Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Briefing & Translation
- Translate quarterly account strategy and media plans into clear, complete execution briefs for Junior Traders
- Define targeting, audiences, and budgets per channel in line with the agreed plan
- Ensure briefs contain everything the trading team needs to deliver without back-and-forth
Quality Assurance
- QA campaign builds before launch — settings, targeting, budgets, naming conventions, and tracking
- Sense-check Search and Social reporting outputs before they reach the AD or client
- Support first-party data and consent compliance checks across campaigns
Budget & Pacing
- Monitor pacing versus budget across channels and flag risks early
- Recommend spend reallocations across channels and coordinate implementation with the trading team
- Provide accurate billing and finance reconciliation inputs
Client Support & Reporting
- Contribute platform-level insight and performance context to the monthly performance narrative
- Support the AD on weekly client status calls with accurate, up-to-date delivery and performance information
- Help manage delivery timelines and flag scope or expectation risks to the AD early
Ways of Working
- Act as the primary day-to-day internal point of contact between the AD and the trading team
- Maintain naming conventions, tracking standards, and QA processes across accounts
- Escalate gaps or overlaps in ownership quickly so nothing falls through the cracks
