Who You Are:
The Recruiter must bring a passion for identifying top talent and building high-performing teams across at Citian. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment duties focused primarily on GTM including candidate review, screening interviews, partnering with hiring leaders, and serving as a brand ambassador for the company. You will serve as the face of the company to job seekers and partner with internal stakeholders to build our recruitment strategy. This role will be hybrid for candidates local in the DMV region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments including GTM Sales, Customer Success, and other corporate staff.
- Create and post job descriptions tailored to each position, utilizing effective language to attract diverse talent pools.
- Utilize various recruiting techniques, including online and social media recruiting, to reach potential candidates for a wide range of positions.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for different roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans and strategies.
- Place and update job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, college job boards, social networks, and other mediums.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, for all roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within SaaS or GovTech
- Understanding of overall recruitment best practices, relevant laws and procedures, and knowledge of recruitment/employment systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the organization's value proposition effectively.
- Experience working with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others
- Experience with ATS tools ideally Greenhouse
