About this Role
At Brink Constructors, Inc., the Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet Brink’s hiring needs. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the company.
Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $55,000 - $80,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Location/Travel Requirements: This role is based onsite in Rapid City, South Dakota. Up to 15% travel is required.
What You'll Do
- Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and professional networks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate, attend, and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
What You'll Bring
Required:
- One year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Valid, Active Driver’s License Required.
Preferred:
- Recruitment or sourcing experience in utility industry.
- Experience using sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, etc.).
Pre-screen: Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR check.
