Individual pay is determined based on job scope, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and sustained performance in role. As part of our alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we will continue to enhance transparency, strengthen governance, and take action where needed to reduce unjustified pay differences over time.
