Senior Technology Operations - App Partner Integrations

Position Summary...

The Senior Technical Operations position is responsible for leading strategic app partner integration programs across the VIZIO OS ecosystem. This role coordinates partner requirements, certification activities, issue management, and cross-functional execution involving Business Development, Software and Hardware Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Device Program Management teams. The position requires expertise in program leadership, stakeholder management, technical requirements review, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery of partner commitments, platform initiatives, and business objectives.

This role is critical to ensuring the VIZIO OS includes the latest app versions from Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube and Netflix.

The team manages strategic streaming native app partnerships and delivers certified native app experiences on VIZIO OS. Collaborating across engineering, product, business development, quality assurance, customer service, and external partners, the team drives app integrations, certifications, platform launches, and ongoing feature enhancements. This ensures VIZIO customers access high-quality entertainment while supporting platform growth. Key partnerships include Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube and Netflix. The team emphasizes effective communication, technology strategies, product knowledge, and project management to achieve its objectives and maintain strong collaboration across functions.

What you'll do...

• Lead program management activities for strategic app partners, including  Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube and Netflix.
• Coordinate annual partner technical requirements reviews, consolidating  feedback and driving alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Monitor certification programs including manage partner cert devices and  associated FW versions, launch readiness, milestones, risks, and  dependencies across multiple hardware and software initiatives.
• Manage partner service issues, including ticket creation, status tracking,  escalation management, and deployment oversight.
• Facilitate recurring crossfunctional and partner meetings to drive execution  and resolve program challenges.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders  and leadership teams.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations, certification programs, release management, and issue resolution processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive consensus across teams.
• Extensive experience monitoring program milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational performance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Solid understanding of the streaming add ecosystem as it relates to software  and hardware requirements, technology platforms, TV manufacturing process, and customer-facing user experiences.

Denver, Colorado US-11581: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
