Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, embedded marketers, and cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. Manage program budgets, performance metrics, timelines, and vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality execution. Provide project leadership, strategic recommendations, and ongoing communication to stakeholders, balancing business goals with customer needs and regulatory considerations.
* This position requires availability to work a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs and campaigns that support business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, providing strategic consultation, program updates, and actionable recommendations.
Develop marketing strategies, establish success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Manage marketing program scope, budgets, communications, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or advertising agency.
2+ years of project management, account management, client service, or stakeholder relationship management experience.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, events, newsletters, and web-based initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work independently, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or business partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Experience developing marketing programs, establishing objectives, and measuring program effectiveness through performance metrics.
Experience managing program budgets and tracking expenditures against established goals.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$76,250.00 - $111,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
