Team Overview

Our Field Commercial team is the engine behind DiDi's growth in every market we operate in — building partnerships, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring our commercial strategy translates into real results on the ground. As City Manager, you'll take full ownership of commercial performance in your city, leading a team of BDs (Hunters and Farmers) and acting as the key link between local execution and our broader regional strategy.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Enabling operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers.
• Co-developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights.
• Understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans.
• Ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans

Role Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).
• Strategic and Data-Driven thinking.
• Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
• Fluent in English.
