Description:

Researches and creatively sources talent via social media and non-traditional channels, as well as our applicant tracking database, job boards, networking sites, and user groups; reviews resumes for mandatory skills and experiences corresponding to job requirements.

Cold calls and emails candidates to prequalify candidate core skills and interest in current or potential positions; assesses and judges candidate skill and experiences and passes viable candidates to senior recruiters and our candidate management system.

Documents calls in Application Tracking System (ATS); updates any required information including new resumes.

Builds out full matrix of skills in markets.
