The Opportunity

As our Business System Support Analyst, you'll become a trusted partner in enhancing the systems and processes that support a growing global business. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving, business analysis and stakeholder engagement while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency, user experience and business performance across multiple regions.

This will be part of Micromine.

The Impact you'll have

• Help shape the effectiveness of critical business systems used across a global organisation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve processes and business outcomes
• Influence user adoption and system optimization through effective support and training
• Contribute to business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams globally
• Develop expertise across enterprise applications while expanding your business analysis capability

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of NetSuite or similar ERP systems supporting enterprise business systems
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping and documentation skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• 3+ years' experience in technical support, business systems support or a similar role
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities

What you can expect from us

• A base salary range of CAD $90,000 to 100,000 CAD DoE
