Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an E-Commerce Manager at Banyan Group in Phuket. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee online distribution channels, manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), monitor rate parity, and optimize channel management connectivity to maximize online visibility, booking performance, and revenue opportunities. The role also involves managing digital marketing content across online travel platforms, ensuring accurate hotel information, attractive content presentation, and seamless connectivity between distribution systems. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other hotel departments to support commercial objectives and enhance the guest booking experience.
Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, online distribution, or digital marketing within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Online Travel Agents (OTAs), account management, rate parity, and channel management.
Experience managing OTA partnerships, online content, promotions, and connectivity accounts.
Understanding of hotel reservation and revenue management tools, including Internet Booking Engines (IBE), Hotel Information Systems (HIS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Channel Management systems.
Background in account management and reservations is an advantage.
Understanding of hotel operations and the relationships between Reservations, Revenue Management, Sales, and other operational departments.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple distribution platforms, maintain data accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve online performance.
