Position: Petrol Attendant

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Petrol Attendant to join our team at Msuez UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the station, and accurately handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Dispense fuel and other products accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Monitor fuel levels and alert management when supplies are low
- Maintain a clean and organized station, including restrooms and convenience store
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Complete daily reports and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the station
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of petrol station operations is a plus
