We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Petrol Attendant to join our team at Msuez Uk in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. As a Petrol Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Pump fuel for customers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Monitor fuel levels and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning pumps and surrounding area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
• Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to management
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures is a plus
