Position: Petrol Attendant

Position Overview: As a Petrol Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our petrol station. You will be responsible for dispensing fuel, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Monitor fuel levels and restock when necessary
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pumps and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of petrol station operations is a plus
