Position: Petrol Attendant

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Petrol Attendant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Petrol Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the accuracy of fuel dispensing, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and provide customers with receipts
- Monitor fuel levels and notify supervisor when tanks need to be refilled
- Conduct daily inspections of pumps, nozzles, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Upsell additional products and services, such as car washes or snacks
- Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Complete all necessary paperwork and recordkeeping accurately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be reliable and punctual
