Key Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY
As our Groups & Events Manager, you will play a key role in driving the hotel’s commercial performance while creating exceptional experiences for our discerning international clientele.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and developing the Groups & Events sales function as a key role model, inspiring the team to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Driving group accommodation, meetings, conferences, and exclusive event business through proactive sales strategies and effective conversion.
- Overseeing the entire sales journey, from initial inquiries and tailored proposals to negotiations, contracting, and seamless handover.
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and key business partners.
- Maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic pricing, upselling, cross-selling, and effective space utilization.
- Conducting personalized site inspections and presenting the hotel’s extraordinary venues and experiences to prospective clients.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and operational teams to deliver outstanding commercial results and flawless guest experiences.
- Monitoring sales performance, market trends, forecasts, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensuring the highest standards of service, operational precision, and attention to detail throughout the client journey.
- Developing talent, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a culture of ownership, ambition, and excellence.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in Groups & Events sales, ideally within luxury hospitality or an international five-star hotel environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving revenue objectives.
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating extraordinary client experiences.
- A natural ability to act as an inspiring role model with a talent for mentoring and developing others.
- Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence, sophistication, and outstanding communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Czech.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to make a meaningful impact.
