Key Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY
As our Groups & Events Executive, you will play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences while contributing to the hotel’s commercial success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing group accommodation and event inquiries, from initial contact through contracting and successful execution.
- Creating bespoke proposals and tailored experiences that reflect the unique character and exceptional standards of Augustine Hotel.
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and international partners.
- Coordinating exclusive corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and sophisticated events.
- Collaborating closely with operational departments to ensure seamless communication and flawless delivery.
- Identifying revenue opportunities, maximizing conversion, and contributing to the hotel’s commercial objectives.
- Delivering a highly personalized client journey that inspires loyalty and exceeds expectations.

- Previous experience in Groups & Events, hotel sales, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to build meaningful client relationships.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Czech.
- A proactive mindset, positive energy, and a commitment to excellence.
- The ability to anticipate needs, embrace challenges, and turn opportunities into memorable experiences.
