ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete credit-control activities including preparing customer account statements, contacting customers regarding past-due balances, and coordinating with account managers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Support Accounts Payable process.
- Support Accounts Receivable process.
- Completed Bookkeeping and cash reconciliation process.
- Month-End close support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of Accounting experience or multiple internships for new graduate.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous (Microsoft Business Central)
- Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines
- Team player with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
