About the opportunity
As our Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for customer service and administration support for our Kalgoorlie branch. We’re looking for someone who can apply their knowledge to ensure we are providing our customers with the highest level of service and support.
There is the potential for significant career growth within this position for the right candidate with clear and exciting pathways for advancement.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Completing admin functions including quotations and purchase order matching
- Providing reception and administration support for the branch
- Maintaining job orders and assembly orders and ensuring job tracking is line with schedules and delivery requirements
- Being supportive in all aspects of customers’ requirements
- Assisting the procurement and logistics team if required
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- A commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised workplace
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Have current Australian working rights
It’s not a deal breaker, but we’d also love to see some of the following:
- Experience with scheduling
- Experience in the mining or manufacturing industry
