The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional serves as the primary process owner and coordination point for letter configuration work within the MHK system. This associate will manage the flow of letter requests from intake through readiness, offshore configuration, quality review, testing coordination, and release readiness.
This role requires strong process management, stakeholder coordination, communication, issue resolution, and operational reporting skills. The associate will be expected to understand business priorities, ensure complete handoff documentation, coordinate with offshore configuration resources, monitor backlog aging and throughput, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the resolution team or software configuration
- Experience in problem analysis and process
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional efforts
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work-At-Home Requirements
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing configuration efforts within MHK
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with coordinating work for offshore contractors

- Position will require an average of once-per-month night hours according to specific releases. Hours can range from (11p – 3a) and vary by release.
