The Technical Support organization enables Dexcom to deliver consistent, high-quality support experiences to customers worldwide by combining operational excellence with innovative service capabilities.
The Digital Enablement function acts as the strategic connector across Technical Support, IT, Product, Customer Experience, and Data organizations. The team is responsible for translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve customer experience, streamline agent workflows, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. Through expertise in customer support platforms, analytics, automation, AI, and experience design, the team helps shape the future of Technical Support at Dexcom.
This role is focused on the reliability, alignment, and integration health of Technical Support platforms. It partners with contact center platform, service design, IT, Product, Data, Operations, and Architecture teams to ensure system behavior supports intended workflows and measurable service outcomes.
Where you come in:
•In this role, you will help ensure that Technical Support platforms, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX, IVR, reporting, automation, and connected integrations, work reliably and align with intended customer and agent workflows.
•You will support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, release validation, system behavior documentation, and integration health across the support ecosystem.
• Support end-to-end understanding of system workflows across Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX, IVR, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Partner with IT, platform owners, Operations, Product, and Data teams to triage defects, clarify expected behavior, and support issue resolution.
• Identify where system behavior, data movement, routing context, or integration logic does not align with process design, service design, or operational expectations.
• Support testing, validation, regression checks, release readiness, and post-release monitoring of system changes.
• Identify integration issues, data inconsistencies, handoff failures, access or configuration gaps, and workflow disconnects that affect customers, agents, or operations.
• Contribute to improving platform reliability, stability, workflow adherence, and operational confidence across the Technical Support technology ecosystem.
• Support monitoring of system performance, recurring defects, incidents, trend patterns, and high-impact reliability risks.
• Document system behavior, dependencies, known issues, decision points, data flows, and operational impacts in a clear and reusable way.
What makes you successful:
• Strong understanding of contact center and support technologies such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX, IVR, integrations, reporting, or automation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate ambiguous system issues and separate process, data, configuration, and integration causes.
• Ability to understand how systems connect and interact across customer journeys, agent workflows, data movement, routing context, and operational reporting.
• Comfortable working with IT, platform, data, operations, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, expected behavior, dependencies, and risks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system behavior, reliability, release quality, documentation, and measurable operational impact.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Flex Workplace:
- Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

The monthly base salary for this position is from €4,363.33 to €5,646.67 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
